David Lowther
David has a wide range of Senior Leadership experience and has held Vice President and C-Suite roles encompassing Business Growth, Organisational Restructuring and Transition Management – all with P&L responsibility. His formative years were spent substantially in EPCI Project Management of Offshore Projects in the Asia Pacific Region, utilising heavy marine assets, with some 15 projects successfully executed in 9 countries.
He has had Direct P&L responsibility for up to $1Bn of work under contract annually over the last 8 years, whilst also overseeing Restructuring and Post Merger Integration of workforces of approximately 700 personnel at different junctures.
He has also overseen fleet management and restructuring related to heavy marine assets, including negotiation of sale and purchase agreements and leasing arrangements, both in the normal course of business and as part of Restructuring.
David has extensive international experience, having lived and worked in several Asian countries, where he has successfully assimilated into the various working cultures and local environments. He has also been responsible for establishing and developing businesses in Middle East, Asia Pacific and Africa.
Brad Johnson
The majority of Brad's career has been extensively involved with the design and execution of major cross-border corporate transactions. The last ten years in particular, Brad’s focus has been creating structures that preserves and maximizes value for companies in distress.
Brad worked extensively in over 15 countries internationally, whilst living in 4 of these.
Paddy Tan
With over 40 years of experience in the field of Finance, Project Accounting, Cost Control and Tax within the oil and gas industry, Paddy brings a wealth of financial experience to the team at GASS.
During his career he has worked for various capital asset intensive multinational companies including Promet, Halliburton, Brown & Root and Subsea 7. Paddy has a wide range of experience covering Finance, Management Reporting, Tax Planning & Compliance, Legal Entities Restructuring and Deployment of ERP systems.
Paddy holds ACCA qualification (Partial – Level 1), London Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
TAN CHU HIANG
Chu Hiang brings with him over 30 years of experience in aviation engineering, operations and management. His strength lies in the areas of leadership and management in technically challenging operations and business environments.
In his 30-year career with SIA Engineering Company (SIAEC), a commercial aviation MRO company, Chu Hiang held extensive operations and management positions in front-line operations, planning, marketing and sales, industrial relations, logistics, warehousing and fleet management, as well as serving on various boards of SIACE’s subsidiaries and joint ventures. Adaptable to function at various organizational levels, he is conversant with leading and managing complex projects involving multidisciplinary roles and cross-culture resources to deliver high impact and effective solutions. Chu Hiang’s last role was CEO of Heavy Maintenance Singapore Services, a joint venture company of SIAEC and aircraft manufacturer, Airbus.
JASMINE LOH
“Maximizing wealth and staying afloat” was one of many mantras picked up by Jasmine during her time pursuing her Bachelor of Economics & Finance at the University of London. Always hungry for knowledge and armed with a strong intellectual drive, Jasmine is a strong believer in challenging the status quo through alternative ideas.
